Ed Childers, of North Strabane Fire in PA, reports that his group presented information to the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Association (PEMA) at their western region quarterly training last week. They covered LAR at a high level, Primary and Secondary Incidents, Pre-Planning, In-Route Planning and Post Incident Planning for LAR. Was well-received, reports Ed.
